The successful bidder shall deposit 10% of the purchase price, which includes the Buyer's Premium added to the final bid. The amount shall be in form of cashier's check, person/company check and or cash. A real estate contract will be signed with successful bidder. The balance amount shall be due and payable at closing Closing must occur within 30 days of the sale
